What does interior painting cost?
Interior painting typically runs to per square foot of floor area for standard work, more when ceilings, trim and drywall repair are included.
Do you patch drywall before painting?
Yes. Patching, sanding, caulking and priming are part of the prep. Paint only looks as good as the surface under it.
How many coats do you apply?
Two finish coats over primed surfaces is standard, and a color change over a dark wall may need more.
Do you move the furniture?
We move and cover what is reasonable, protect floors and put the room back the way we found it.
